    A celebration of Campania and Calabria, combining a Campanian red fruit infusion with raspberry, hibiscus, and red currant, Tanqueray 10 gin, and Villa Massa limoncello, enhancing its citrusy roots. 

     

    The finishing touch is a Calabrian bergamot essential oil mist, sprayed at the moment of service to intensify the aromatic experience and evoke Mediterranean landscapes. 

  • Eden Elixir

    Porto Sandeman Ruby meets coffee, offering depth and structure. 

     

    The blackberry liqueur and elderflower syrup, reminiscent of the regions of Northern Italy, add a fruity note, while the fig leaf liqueur crafted in Piedmont brings an unexpected aromatic touch. 

     

    The drink is garnished with a white flower to enhance its color and a dried fig with citrus notes, meant to be enjoyed between sips to amplify flavor perception. 

  • Drops of Gold

    A journey between Sicily and Valle d’Aosta, featuring Nikka whisky infused with extra virgin olive oil from Valle del Belice, lending a velvety texture, and filtered coffee, enhancing its structure. 

     

    Valdostan Ratafià adds sweetness, balanced by pineapple juice for freshness. 

     

    Three drops of extra virgin olive oil are delicately placed on the surface, enriching the aromatic profile with an elegant, unexpected touch.
